"Words are powerful and so is your grief journey." The curator of From Grief To Grind often shares about the shifting while grieving. Shifting while grieving is a continuous journey. One day we can find joy and the next we do not want to hear about joy. You can go through a mix of emotions in minutes. Either way is ok and normal for a lot of grievers. Tools can be helpful along this journey. It doesn't mean that you will use the exact same tools all of the time. Example. I am surrounded by support seen and unseen.

Today I am going to embrace my feelings as they come. This is a part of my journey and I am learning to be ok with that.

These aren't "positive" affirmations these are "life after loss" affirmations.
